The achievements in science and technology have undoubtedly revolutionized human progress. However, modernization has also brought new socio-cultural upheavals. Changes in moral, ethical, and spiritual values, shifts in family patterns, and the rise of destructive technologies are some of the challenges we face. To overcome these, we need a deep sense of humanism – a sacred respect for human life.

Value-based education provides a 'healing touch' to these issues. We must train the younger generation to become good human beings, guided by the supreme law of morality and conscience. This will help them distinguish right from wrong and choose the path of integrity.

Our students should acquire these qualities by nurturing socio-cultural contacts, emulating role models, and equipping themselves with a firm commitment to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Behind every successful personality is the influence of a teacher. School life is a child's first introduction to community living, where the lessons of good citizenship are learned. It is here that a child develops qualities like understanding, adjusting, sharing, and caring. To achieve these ideals, greater interaction between teachers, parents, and students is essential.

I am confident that Holy Infant High School continuously provides a stimulating learning environment, enabling students of all ages to become responsible, peace-loving, and independent citizens.
